Terms and conditions for Sublime Travel Limited

These Terms and Conditions govern the contractual relationship between Sublime Travel Limited (referred to as "we," "us," or "our") and the client (referred to as "you" or "your") regarding the booking and provision of travel services. By booking a tour with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Booking Process:


To make a booking, you must complete and submit our booking form along with the required deposit or full payment, as specified for each tour.

The booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the required payment and confirmation from us.

2. Payment:


A deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. The remaining balance must be paid 48 hours before the day of the safari if you are paying via a credit/debit card; this is to ensure that the funds reflect to our account before the beginning of the safari OR you can opt to pay in cash on the day of arrival, typically before the commencement of the tour.

We accept payment via various methods including credit/debit cards, bank transfers, M-pesa and online payment gateways.

3. Cancellation and Refunds:


If you cancel your booking, cancellation fees may apply as follows: 

0 - 14 days before the safari - 100%

15 - 25 days before the safari - 50%

26 - 45 days before the safari - 25%

Refunds for cancellations will be processed according to our cancellation policy, which may vary for different tours and services.


4. Changes to Bookings:


Changes to your booking may be possible subject to availability and any applicable fees or charges.

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your requests for changes, but we cannot guarantee availability or accept responsibility for any resulting additional costs.

5. Travel Documents and Insurance:


It is your responsibility to ensure that you have valid passports, visas, and any other necessary travel documents for the duration of the tour.

We strongly recommend that you purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances, including trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and loss of personal belongings.

6. Health and Safety:


It is your responsibility to ensure that you are in good health and physically fit to participate in the tour activities.

You must adhere to any health and safety guidelines provided by us or our tour guides during the tour.

7. Liability:


We will not be liable for any loss, injury, damage, delay, or inconvenience caused during the tour, except where it results from our negligence or breach of contract.

Our liability is limited to the cost of the tour booked with us.

8. Force Majeure:


We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these Terms and Conditions due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of terrorism, and government restrictions.

9. Governing Law:


These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction], and any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Jurisdiction].

10. Amendments:
